Frank graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in the direction of technical computer science. He has extensive experience in project management and has obtained the Prince II Practitioner certificate. After having learned Chinese at CCN for several years, Frank has been maintaining the websites of CCN and CON for quite some time and supports our school with ICT and audiovisual resources. He also ensures the implementation of GDPR (privacy legislation) and BHV (company emergency response).
